We don't just send out a list of available candidates without first checking whether they are both suitable for, and interested in, your position.

We check the identity of all candidates and verify qualifications, as well as confirming work history as far back as possible (at least two references). If your position involves working with children, once you have offered a candidate your job we also carry out a Criminal Records Bureau Check.
